Béatrice Rauchs
Béatrice Rauchs was born in Arnsberg (Germany). She studied music at the Conservatories in
Luxembourg and Metz, at the "Conservatoire National Supérieur" in Paris (First Prizes for
piano and chamber music in 1982 and 1983) and at the Academy of Music in Basel (soloist's
diploma in 1988). Jeanne Stein, Mireille Krier, Aldo Ciccolini, Jean Hubeau, Rudolf
Buchbinder and Jean Micault have been her teachers. At international musical competitions
