5 Ephemere Moments
5 Ephemere Moments are short musical fragments with contrasting character (Animato /
Scorrevo / Concitato / Addolorato / Ardente), which can be played in any order. They
promote the idea of continuity or discontinuity, which results from the musical gestures.
The thematic material is very economical, of chromatic nature, but it moves in surprising
successions of rich rhythmical structures.
